I'm excited to announce that you can now add pre-chat questions to your apps! This means you can collect important information from users before they start their conversation 💜

Once enabled, new users will be prompted to answer these questions before they begin using your app. You'd be able to see the responses in your app analytics 😇

How to enable pre-chat questions?

Go to your app dashboard. Click the edit pencil icon for your app (or create a new one). Go to more and find the option that says, Enable Pre-chat questions. You can add up to five custom questions here ⚡️
