Ability to change AI randomness level

It would be very useful to have the ability for each bot to be able to set what OpenAI calls "temperature" (which some other bots refer to as "creativity" or "randomness"). My guess is that the pmfm system currently might have this dialed back to zero for all bots. That's good in some situations, but it can produce bot responses that may sound repetitive and less human-sounding.
