Adjustable Width of Past Chats Sidebar

I’d like our users to be able to make the past chats sidebar narrower or wider. Right now, it’s hard to see the topics because the window is too narrow.

Also, when I collapse that window on Chrome, there’s no way to expand it again so I either need to page back or reload the page.
