Conversation feedback

It doesn’t appear there is any way to provide feedback on a specific conversation. This is critical to get the user feedback needed to better prompt, fine-tune and/or train our own underlying models.

In our case we have built an OpenAI Assistants app. It would be great to include thumbs up/down buttons at a minimum. An additional free text form would be great, at either or both the individual prompt/response or the overall conversation thread levels.
