Download Created Files from OpenAI?

My OpenAI assistant is generating great files that I want users to be able to access, but the links come through as sandbox links like this kind of thing: ‘sandbox:/mnt/data/Sample.docx’

agenthost has some way to deal with this, but their terms are dreadful so I won’t touch them.

Any thoughts?
