MS Word docs not uploading when I test as user

Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but…when I’m testing and I click on the paperclip—to upload a Word doc—I can’t. They’re greyed out. I can, however, upload a PDF.

The problem is that I need my users to be able to upload a Word doc.

Anyway, perhaps this is a bug to be fixed.
